It depends on how long it has been since you’ve placed your order, if you would like to make changes give our sales department a call to speak with your building representative.

3. Do I need to do any site preparation?

Yes. Before your structure can be installed, you must clear your site of all debris and vegetation and have it leveled. It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure there are no barricades in the way, and you must ensure your site can be accessed within fifty feet of our delivery truck. If not, you may be charged an additional labor fee.

4. Do I need a permit for 24×24 garage?

You will need to contact your local building department in regard to permits and all building codes. If you do not meet your areas building codes or obtain all required permits, it is possible that you will be required to take your structure down and start from scratch.
