Jessie helped me choose the right carport for our needs; a 7ft 20x20 with walls coming down half-way on two sides. I can hardly wait to have it built, it should be built before the big snows come. My husband and I had a carport 2 years ago which he ordered from Amazon. He built it and he and his brother drilled holes in our concrete driveway to anchor it. The carport looked nice and it made it through some hairy windstorms and the first small snowstorm. We had a heavy snow late October. 2 feet of wet snow supported by our carport, keeping my husbands car snow free. That night the carport buckled under the weight of the heavy, wet snow. His car was damaged. The repair was costly. Jessie calculated our need for snow and wind support into the quote which wasn't much more than the carport bought from Amazon. Plus, we'll have a crew put it together for us. Jessie was wonderful to work with, she was pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She also reminded me of things I needed to do before our build was complete such as getting the required permits and pictures of the location for the carport. My experience was painless, educational and thoroughly enjoyable. I absolutely recommend working with Carport Central.

I thorough enjoyed working with the company and especially my service rep Derek who was extremely helpful. They called quickly, had quotes fast, and adjusted to my requests. Not only that but the little touches that make something go from good to great were added without me having to ask. Excellent experience.

We worked with Aaron Osborne with Carport Central for a 24 x 40 RV shelter. He answered all our questions and responded to our calls, e-mails and phone calls promptly. Aaron was not pushy like some of the other representatives that we dealt with. He was professional and represented Carport Central well. We had received several quotes for this project, but Aaron rose to the top! We are happy with the quality standards of our carport and the final quote we received. We highly recommend Aaron if you are looking for a metal carport, garage or shop.

So far, everything has gone exceptionally well my sales guy has been Sam and Sam has done a fantastic job getting everything drawn up and keeping me up-to-date We went up to Mount Airy to see the main office and their buildings on display we dealt with a couple of people up there. One being Devante and things were fantastic. I have made multiple changes to the original idea that we had for our building and Sam has been very accommodating. The only glitch we had was with getting some paperwork signed, but that was probably my problem as I am not a computer person but everything now is fixed and ready to go so all I’m doing now is waiting for a call from the shop to verify that we are ready to build the building and accept them on site There are a lot of places out there that sell these buildings, but if you want to deal with somebody that is accommodating understanding and easy to deal with Carport Central and their sales guy Sam are great I will be happy to continue my review once my building is built. I’ll post some pictures and I’ll let everybody know how everything goes. They offered a concrete service also, but I did not need it, but they also offer options to pay for Concrete not using them Anybody who is in the Albemarle area that needs concrete work I have a company in Albemarle that does fantastic work on time at very good rates All you have to do is ask me and I will provide you that information. Feel free to contact me on Facebook. I will add pictures later in the project.

Adjusting my review after sorting through some complexity. Carport Central staff have been extremely friendly & helpful, answering my questions which were mainly concerns on the manufacturer-side, no fault of Carport Central. Thank you guys for your continued support. I will continue to update and post images once garage is built.

The receptionist and the salesman Galvin, were both friendly and helpful. Galvin was knowledgeable and understanding about what a wanted. The estimate came quickly. A virtual image was sent of my request. The dimensions and layout were shown. The color a picked was on the carport. About ten years ago I bought my first carport. It was exactly what I envisioned. When I moved, my son requested my old one. It was transported to his property and looks as good as when I bought it. I looking forward to the new one at my new location.

Jamie was really easy to deal with. His follow up is great and communication was easy. The pricing was competitive with other places I checked but the selling point was Jamie answering my phone calls and my questions in a timely manner. 5 star service so far.

This has been an absolute wonderful experience working with everyone. As someone with no experience in this, it took the stress off of us and we are now able to have a building that my husband has wanted for so long. Thank you for making our dreams come to life!

Experience was painless and easy. Aaron has been great to work with and answered all my questions. The prices were great! After talking to several other companies I was worried that my building would be too costly to purchase at this time. After talking with Carport Central I was able to do the project as their prices were better than the half dozen companies I spoke to. I am glad I contacted them and was comfortable with Aaron and his team to move forward with my metal building/workshop. Great experience!
