During manufacturing, the frame is bent to have rounded-edges, great for protecting your vehicles and other property from the hot sun. Its horizontal panels are most reliable in areas with typical weather conditions, such as no winds, and no rain or snowfall.
• A-frame Horizontal (Better) – Sometimes referred to as boxed-eave, our A-frame horizontal roof is a slight upgrade from the regular style. While both are installed with horizontal paneling, the A-frame design includes ridge caps. We recommend this type to customers who live in areas with some winds but no precipitation.
• Vertical (Best) – If you live in an area that experiences inclement weather on a regular basis or you’ve invested in a structure that is longer than 36’, the vertical roof is your best option. It is installed with vertically-oriented panels to easily channel all debris and precipitation off the roof and includes extra framing pieces for added protection.
