Roofing Options

Choosing a roof style for your structure is one of the first, yet most important decisions you’ll make during the design process. Not only will the chosen roof take the brunt of Mother Nature’s forces, but it will provide reliable protection for your vehicles and other property for years to come. There are three options to choose from, including the regular roof, A-frame horizontal, and vertical.

• Regular (Good) – Also known as the original roof design, the regular roof is the most economical option available. During manufacturing, its framing is bent to achieve the unique, round-edged look. Installed with horizontally-oriented paneling, this roofing option is best suited for areas with experience typical weather conditions.
• A-frame Horizontal (Better) – Also installed with horizontally-oriented panels, the A-frame horizontal design is a slight upgrade from the regular roof. Instead of rounded-edges, this option is installed with side-eave trim. One of the benefits to investing in this boxed-eave style is the ability to own an A-frame structure for a price less than that of a vertical roof. We recommend this roof for areas that may experience some winds but very little to no rain or snowfall.
• Vertical (Best) – As the most durable style available, the vertical roof is engineered to withstand all weather conditions. It is designed and installed with additional framing pieces for extra protection and vertical panels to better channel rain, snow, and other debris off the roof. If you live in an area prone to inclement weather, this roof type is your best option. And if your structure is longer than 36’, you are required to have this roof style.
