Shown above is of our many garages with a lean-to, the dimensions being 36’W x 35’L x 9’H. A 24′ enclosed area and 12′ open lean-to make up the width of 36′ while a small porch area of 5′ makes up part of the 35′ length. It is certified for 140mph winds and 30psf snow load.

Included in this garage are 14-gauge steel framing, two 8’x8′ roll-up garage doors, one standard walk-in door, and one standard window.
