The project? Providing a metal building cover to protect Nishimura 3746. The Nishimura 3756 isn’t a car; it’s actually a Japanese mini-submarine built way back in 1940. This wasn’t a WWII attack sub, but rather was a special vessel designed exclusively for exploration, salvage, and radar testing.
