Refund and Return Policy

Final Order

Because of the custom nature of metal buildings, all orders via Carport Central are final. Cancellations, refunds, and returns are not permitted once an order is placed.

Expected Delivery and Installation

The delivery and installation of orders typically occur within four to eight weeks, though this timeframe is an estimate and not guaranteed. There are many factors that may affect the timeline including crew availability, transportation issues, weather conditions, inventory availability, and other unforeseen events. Carport Central is committed to delivering orders as soon as possible.

Deposits and Responsibility

Carport Central does not handle the installation or delivery of orders directly. A 10% to 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order. We advise all customers to conduct thorough research and ensure compliance with local regulations before placing orders to prevent any potential problems.

Handling Disputes

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage scheduling and address any disputes directly with the manufacturers. Carport Central will provide support to facilitate resolution where possible, expecting all involved parties to actively seek a resolution.

Role as a Dealer

Carport Central acts solely as a dealer for the metal building manufacturers and maintains that all deposits are non-refundable. If a customer decides to cancel their order, the initial down payment is retained by Carport Central unless senior management decides otherwise.
