Correct. On any building priced up to $25,000 there is no credit check and no hard inquiry on your report. Applying costs you nothing and cannot affect your score.

How Fast Can I Be Approved?

Same day. There is no lender in the middle — rent-to-own is run by Carport Central directly, so it is a few questions and a signature rather than a loan application.

What Do I Pay Up Front?

A down payment starting at 10% of the building price, plus a security deposit. Putting more down lowers the monthly payment.

What Does It Cost per Month?
