Two respected local weather authorities (raysweather.com and sewxalerts.com) just released their 2018-19 winter outlook, and both predict that we will receive above-average snowfall in the Southeast this coming season. Sewxalerts.com even suggests that most of NC, SC, and GA will receive snowfall amounts between 150% and 250% above normal!
