Building Of The Week – 30×51 Garage with Covered Porch

This featured 30’x51’x10’ extended double garage with covered porch is more than just another metal building. It’s obviously great for keeping cars, trucks, equipment, and other items safe and secure, but it offers some other special features and potential applications, too. This combination building includes 30’x38’ of fully-enclosed garage space, as well as a built-in 30’x12’ covered front porch section. The combination of extensive enclosed space and handy, open-air covered space offers plenty of possibilities for this attractive utility building.

A custom garage building like this can certainly handle your vehicle parking and general storage needs. You can use this sturdy steel structure to protect cars, trucks, tractors, mowers, garden tools, recreation equipment, outdoor decorations, and more. With two 10’x8’ roll-up garage doors and one 36”x80” walk-in door, the enclosed space is easy to access. The charcoal grey roof & exterior paneling, white doors, and black trim all look pretty sweet together, too. And this particular custom build includes an additional 6’ of charcoal grey metal paneling around the interior of the building. Whether you choose to include extra paneling around your building’s interior is completely up to you!

And don’t forget about the 12’ deep covered area in the front of the building. You can use this as a mini carport area, or you can use the covered porch any way you like.
