Building Of The Week – 30x41x13 Garage with Lean-To

This is a fantastic combination building to use as your own backyard barn or workshop with covered shelter. The fully enclosed garage building measures 30’ x 40’ x 13’, and it comes with a sizable lean-to on the side which measures 15’ x 40’ x 9’. If you’re looking for a great multipurpose outdoor facility that can serve more than one function, this custom metal building offers a little of everything.

The main building includes 1200 square feet of completely usable interior space, and features several convenient points of access. There’s a 9’x8’ garage door in the front, along with two walk-in doors, one on each side. There are also four evenly spaced windows spread across two sides of the building which provide some nice natural lighting and ventilation potential. The roof’s interior is protected with double bubble vapor barrier insulation, and the steel framing around the walls is placed 4 feet on center; in other words, this building is ready-made for easy finishing.

This is a good-looking building, too. The sides are barn red, and the roof and trim are both finished in white. Not interested in a traditional barn look for your building? That’s fine. You can personalize your own custom building with whatever colors you like for the roof, side paneling, and trim.
